This Limited Warranty does not override your statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
Consumers are free to make a warranty claim under this Limited Warranty. You may also exercise your statutory consumer rights.
*Note: This Limited Warranty is valid only for chairs that you bought through authorized channels.Our authorized channels are the websites that are registered by the Dowinx group of companies and anystore registered in the name of a Dowinx entity on online marketplaces (Amazon, Newegg, Wayfair, etc). Regretfully, we can't determine the authenticity original condition of products sold through other channels. Hence, we can't provide warranty service for those products.
We warrant the following:
The product you bought will match the descriptions we gave you when you contacted us, or through our selling webpages.
The product will fit your particular purpose if we promised that the product would meet a need you told us about, based on our records.
The quality of the Product will be reasonably satisfactory and all accessories are in normal function during their warranty period. Your warranty will be valid for the following duration:
Dowinx’s warranty commitments do not cover claims resulting from:
Wear and tear, or due to the aging of materials.
Minor deviations of the Products from images posted in the Stores or due to naturally occurring variations in the materials used or manual assembly of Products.
Improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, or the site or environmental conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity, or pollutant gases).
Use in anything other than a domestic or private setting.
Contact with moisture (including, without limitation, due to conditions such as hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation, or elements that are known to cause a breakdown of materials.
Modifications or failure to follow the recommended aftercare instructions.
Abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer, or other causes beyond our control.
We want you to love your chair! Go ahead. Give it a try. We know that you will be thrilled with it once you give it a recline. Once in a blue moon, our product may not meet your mark, let us know. We will work with you to make things right. Before you make the final decision, don't forget that all our chairs are covered by our limited warranty, situations such as broken parts or failure of lifting can be solved through the free parts replacement service.
Items that can be returned or exchanged for free within 30 days after receipt in the following circumstances:
Items received in the incorrect model/color.
Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Condition of Product Eligible for Return:
Must be in excellent condition.
Must be returned in the undamaged original packaging.
No missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).
Completely disassembled. We do not accept partially assembled products.
In the following cases, we will charge damage fee according to the situation:
Items are damaged or missing parts when we receive them.
The item packaging is severely damaged by non-logistics reasons.
In the following cases, customers need to pay the return shipping fee by themselves:
Items for which the actual delivery time exceeds 30 days and the return is not authorized by the support center.
Items that were not being completely disassembled, resulting in inconsistent shipping bulk.
Items that were returned in the non-originating packaging or seriously-damaged packaging.
Items that were returned without prior approval from the support center.

If you insist on returning the item under the above circumstances, even during the 30-day free return period, you will have to bear the freight yourself. At the same time, we may also refuse to accept the package depending on the situation.
Initiated within 14 working days after the returned goods pass our inspection.
Refunds will be via the same payment method used for your original purchase.
